Perform market analysis and research on client and competition to then use the data to help position the brand marketing as well as strategize on deliverables for the organization.
- Collaboration and coffee chats with both the marketing and product teams create space for creative critique as well as trans-disciplinary learning.
- While reporting directly to Marketing Management, my role also assists in the daily admin, creative, and clerical work (ie; Blog Imagery, Slide/Pitch Decks, and Asset Documentation/Organization).

Selected as 1 of 15 design scholars picked from a competitive pool of designers within the Los Angeles Metropolitan Area.
- I refined my skills in typography, photo manipulation, and illustration, as well as, skills in team communication and trans-disciplinary collaboration.
- Acquired new tools that allowed my creative processes to be more efficient and effective in communicating my concepts.

- In addition to the exploration of brand direction I was also selected for the creation of deliverables for DEI’s new venture — The Collective.

As 2020 seemed to be the year of daily historic events, my cohorts and I collaborated with partners to support and empower Black and minority-owned companies and brands in Los Angeles. The course was structured like a design consultancy, with students providing effective services and deliverables – including brand and product strategy, brand identity, product design and environmental design services.
