Abstract
This talk is going to be about Women in tech , We see a lot of diversity programmes these days but have they really managed to bridge this gap ? I am going to hence talk about women in tech and how we can help boost this even further.

The talk is very subjective and seems like a better title for a panel discussion or lightning talk.
