We need a place to reference when using terminology that is not familiar for people joining the 3D community.

Decided on 9/6/2022 meeting to maintain this as a living document, to be modified or added to in the future as is required to resolve issues relating to terminology and concept. We will check in on the status of the document periodically and remember to add features to it.
