Dying in a plane/heli with respawn by switching to side member hard locks the game. (Multiplayer)

• ACRE2: 2.12.0.1056
• ACE3: 3.17.1

Description:
When dying with respawning by switching to side member, you get stuck in the wreck of the heli.

You can't force respawn and your only option is to abort the game or have the zeus to somehow pull you out the heli. If this happens to you as a zeus on a server you host through arma you have to basically abort the whole mission.

Steps to reproduce:

• Go in eden editor
• Go to attributes>multiplayer>change respawn: disabled to respawn: switch to side member
• Spawn a helicopter with a pilot
• Spawn 2 other guys at a safe distance from the heli
• Make all of the spawned characters be playable
• Give the pilot zeus
• Go to Play>Play in Multiplayer (Have host be lan)
• Play as the heli pilot

Choice 1:

• Enter zeus mod and lighting strike yourself

Choice 2:

• Enter zeus mod and spawn a tank of the opposite side
• Let it shoot you

Expected behavior:
The team switch screen should appear letting you "respawn" as another playable character.

Instead it doesn't and your character is stuck in the heli wreck, Pressing escape and trying to respawn doesn't work. Only option I found is aborting the game

Additional context:
I have a feeling this only happens to the game master but feel free to test it with other players as well. I had mixed results with other players it seems
