Development suggestion - drag-and-drop properties in the UI

The property selection UI currently works on a more or less "hard-coded" ordering of properties, with properties shown in their order in the schema and additional properties (processes, linking) at the bottom of a tab selector. Ideally, all properties should be fully drag-and-drop-able, at least within a tab, and the ordering preserved in the exported YAML or spreadsheet file.
