I would like to request an update to the library_preparation_protocol.json schema.

What should the change/update be?

I would like to add a new field - nuclei_purification_method - to this schema to allow data contributors to describe the method used to purify nuclei for snRNA-seq experiments.

This update constitutes a minor change to the schema(s) it affects.
