Definition of done

Create a working notebook that gets QC metrics from two experiments and compares them with clear, descriptive comments on how the program and its methods work.

Cause of the block

For this ticket to be completed, it requires at least two analysis bundles with different metadata, but because of HumanCellAtlas/data-store#1473 you currently can't search through older bundles in integration or staging (the only places with analysis bundles right now). All the newer bundles (the ones that you can query) have redundant metadata.
It's likely that the right bundles are somewhere in the system, but there's no way to search for them right now.

How this can be unblocked

This might be unblocked when the data store is cleaned out and the bundles with the old formatting are removed, since the cause of issue HumanCellAtlas/data-store#1473 is likely due to bad bundles residing somewhere.

If someone can provide the correct algorithm for comparing QC metrics then the rest of the vignette can be created easily.
