Please Explain The Bug

I'm trying to connect to Entra ID and refresh the groups. We have about 200 groups in total, but not all of them are showing. I created a new group to test with (I'm new to this app), but it's not showing even after waiting for over an hour, logging in again and refreshing the group list.
Also: the group-list is not sorted, which makes it hard to find the correct group.
