Restore some unit tests after alignment with cctp-lib v0.1.2

#60 fixed some broken tests due to changes in DLOG keys handling in cctp-lib resulting in much safer calls, but of course limiting test capabilities.
We were forced to kill a couple of tests in mcTestCalls.cpp but they can perhaps be restored using the python test and exposing single verification functions in mcTest.cpp
These cases are already tested in ginger-lib but it would be nice to restore them also here.
