As we all know, since the latest Pi OS release (Bullseye), Raspberry doesn't use the 'raspistill' lib anymore, but the 'libcamera' one.
That means the JRPICam won't work properly for this new OS, unless we downgrade the package (which in my opinion is not a good idea).
That being said, I believe we should arrange a couple of fixes in order to support this new package.
