Seminars and capacities

I'm looking to setup for an event where the different seminars can be selected within the ticket. So if I purchased an Attendee ticket, I can then select one of the AM seminars, and also one of the PM seminars. The seminars each have a different capacity. I know I can do with each seminar being under a AM or PM category and the end user filling in their name and details for each one. When registering a number of people this could get confusing.

I'm open to suggestions on how best to make this work in the current setup. My ideal would be to have these as sub tickets/products within the main Attendee ticket, so that it is clear and simple for the end user.
