Hi @jxs714, Glad to hear you're enjoying the project! The name and billing address are already collected during checkout. We don’t collect signatures as it's not something typically required or expected in a standard checkout flow. IP address, browser, and device info are logged in the access logs, but we’re cautious about collecting or storing any more personal data than necessary - especially in relation to attendees. |

LOVING the fact that you guys are really putting effort in improving this project. Thank you for continuing to put the work in. I am currently using another self hosted solution (will not name it here) but my issue is they are not improving the security steps to prevent fraud with payment processes and fraudulent chargebacks. We have had a few chargeback / fraud instances and have to use an old custom plugin that allow signatures as a question but is no longer supported / updated. This is just one step to prevent fraud, but recently I lost a chargeback because it seems we didn't have enough digital fingerprint data to prove our case. It would be VERY helpful to collect the purchasers full information such as the following:
This helps a lot to build a case to win fraudulent chargebacks with platforms like stripe. The issue is, when you use 3rd party ticket selling platforms that are not self hosted (ie: t1ck3t spic3, 3ventbr1t3 and others) their team has the data, infrastructure and procedures to successfully win cases as opposed to smaller companies that do all of the work to win a case with the available data they have in hand. This data and procedure is very important and I think you guys should 100% consider these features amongst other ideas that can help support fighting against and winning fraudulent chargebacks.
