使用cf的worker部署了bing，但是通过lobe-chat调用API时，随机会出现对话空白的情况，使用next-chat会出现empty response from server

和这个是一样的，应该是部署在cf上的API有这问题，我部署在huggingface上的用同样的cct服务器是正常的但在cf上就出错。

试试更换cct服务器
