Hangar dependencies point to "null"

Observed/problematic behavior

When publishing a new version to a project that contains a hangar dependency, the href is always null
This happens from both direct upload on hangar and via the hangar-publish plugin
The target URL of the dependency looks like https://hangar.papermc.io/user/project/versions/null

Expected behavior

Clicking the dependency should point to the actual project

Steps to reproduce

Publish a new version with a hangar dependency
Click on the dependency
Points to current-project/versions/null

the problematic url: https://hangar.papermc.io/TheNextLvl/Tweaks/versions/null

URLs work fine
Editing a dependency to set it to a hangar dep doesn't work either, it always acts as URL
