Option for password-protected games to not allow spectators in

This would mostly be useful for games where the lobby chat may contain sensitive/confidental information, or for friend groups who want to play without anybody watching.

Another option is a toggle to hide the lobby chat from spectators.

Such an option would be potentially confusing because as soon as the game ends then anyone can view the game anyway
