Add 'Room' to the schema

Need the ability to have a different vote happening in a different 'room'.

A different vote cast on the same motion by the same user, but in a different room? Or is this just to record which room the vote was cast in?

X users in room Y needing to vote on only their room’s issue.

The addition to the schema would be for the purpose of noting with the vote 0MQ setup which “voters” to activate when their room’s vote is opened among other normal segregation scenarios.
