This feature mimics an existing part of our hardware checkout workflow. Sometimes participants will request a variety of items not knowing what they need. One way we have combated this practice in the past was by asking participants who seem to have requested lots of items which items they really need or by reducing quantities requested on popular items like Raspberry Pis.
On the hardware desk screen, and the ability to "flag" a request. When this happens the request and any group it's a part of should be clearly highlighted in red. When the participant goes to pick up their items, the desk staff member should clarify which items the participant really needs and cancel or modify any requests as needed.
Acceptance criteria:
Minimalist but clear flag button is present on requests and will instantly update across screens (if live updating exists - if not, make a new issue to add that)
Flagged requests or groups containing a flagged request display differently
