Responsiveness issues on smaller resolutions.

Few layout bugs that I found on smaller resolutions:

On shops page
First Img: Market tab at width: 576-683
Second Img: How the quest tab looks at the same width: 576-683
Third Img: Quest tab at width: 575-589 and <=353
Fourth and Fifth Img: Eq and quest dialog cards have a fixed width of 448px if the window is smaller, it cuts those cards.

On settings page

Just let me know if this needs to be fixed, and I can start working on it.
