Request for COLO829 and HCC1395 SNP/INDEL truthset.vcf

Hi,

Thanks for developing this nice tool.

According to the paper “We evaluated the performance of ClairS-TO using COLO829 (metastatic melanoma) and HCC1395 (breast cancer) cell lines.”

I am currently working on some benchmarking tasks, but since the data is controlled, I am unable to directly access the SNP/INDEL truthset.vcf files for COLO829 and HCC1395. Could you kindly provide me with a copy?

The truth sets for the COLO829 and HCC1395 cell lines are available in the Data availability section of the ClairS-TO paper.
