Summary

A bug was introduced in https://github.com/HHS/simpler-grants-gov/pull/3001/files that prevents Google Analytics IDs from making it into the client application. As a result, no data is being collected in deployed environments.

(Note that this was fixed prior to production deployment in #3013, so we only lost a couple hours of DEV data)

Reproducibility

I tried multiple times and saw the bug every time

How to reproduce the bug

It has now been fixed, creating this ticket after the fact and to track cleanup work
