Design for Help Page is Ready for Dev in Figma. We can either put this github issue back into the backlog for devs to pick up when ready... or we can close this one out and make a new github issue for dev. Thoughts? @jonnalley and team?

Still need to finalize the content (and plan) for the Share Feedback Tab and links for the User Guides Tab which are in-progress.

The content will likely be refined/edited before launch, so maybe adding new github issues after the development is fine.

@kimschulke based on your last comment I will presume the help center is good enough for the initial intent of this story and any future changes will be done in new issues. However, if that's incorrect we can easily re-open 😄
