frontend conflict with both regular metamask and gridplus metamask fork installed #8

Describe the bug
Some frontends won't be able to connect to either metamask installations if both the normal metamask and this fork is installed.

Steps to reproduce (REQUIRED)
Currently reproduced on app.frax.finance, app.spiritswap.finance, curve.fi frontends

Expected behavior
Should connect to an instance of metamask

Browser details:

OS: OS X
Hardware Wallet: GridPlus Lattice1
Browser: Google Chrome Version 90.0.4430.93 (Official Build) (x86_64)
MetaMask Version: (normal) Metamask 9.5.2, (gridplus fork) Metamask 9.4.0.6

P.S. really cool hardware!
