In order to palliate to this issue, I suggest to encourage people to disassemble using the blockchain consensu proof of useful work.
Based on proof of work, the goal of this consensus is to proove we have done calculus for scientific research instead of wasting amount of power in bruteforcing sha-XXX.
From what I undertand, it sound based on starknet zero knowledge proof to proove somebody has done some calculus instead of redoing the work again and again.
