Keeping the texture and color of the target?

I tried this in A1111 and the result is good for human case.

But if I want to use it to set the face on a e.g chrome statue or a Mount Rushmore or the sun like in some kids show, it became the texture of skin instead of chrome / stone / sun, is there some weights/options/slider to adjust the how much to keep the texture/color of the target?
