Run reactor on its own

We have our own custom app that is using the reactor API.
Currently we are using and interacting with the reactor API by running Automatic1111 with reactor as extension.

Ideally we do not want Automatic1111 to be running on the device.

Is there a way to start/run reactor on its own? i.e. without needing Automatic1111.

If anyone knows how we can use and call reactor via API from a custom script/app without us needing to have the full automatic1111 running, please let me know.
