I always set these two settings on reactor every time I start SD.
Restore face - GFPGAN
Upscaler - Ersgan_4x
Is there a way I could have it such that whenever I start SD these are already enabled? I wouldn't mind an "enable reactor" flag to also be there on startup haha.
