All faces (and text) in target image with multiple faces being affected, not just face targetted for replacement.

When replacing a face in an image with multiple faces, the other faces are in some way processed, usually with negative affects.

Should I log this as an issue or are there settings that can be changed to fix this?

An update on this. The above images were made on the img2img tab with denoising strength set to 0.
I discovered yesterday that it's better to use the extras tab for this type of face replacement. This improves things greatly but all the other faces in the photo are still affected somewhat as below:
