ReActor Preheating ...Device :Cuda & Error running's Postprocess image

Hi ..
I have issue when start Automatic 1111 its take so long time to process the CMD (Webui-user ) and its take more than 2 minutes at the line
ReActor Preheating ..Device :Cuda

and other issue i have

when i process the swapping face its show the error message

any suggestion will be appreciated ..thank you
