Use 'which' in the setup steps #1974

Could the setup steps be improved by using 'which' to determine the terraformer executable path on the 'mv' stage

E.g.
'sudo mv ${TERRAFORM_DL} $(which terraformer)'

This would solve issues with Brew and Apt installs etc.
