The agent's core function is to allow a Platform Administrator to request a personalized analysis of an upcoming GKE upgrade.

The agent will perform the following steps:

• Analyze Cluster State: Check the current configuration and workload definitions.
• Assess Impact: Compare the current state against the target GKE version release notes.
• Generate Report: Provide a checklist of necessary actions for the cluster and individual workloads to ensure a smooth, non-disruptive upgrade.
