Fixes #13

First commit and fix design of the Interactive DNR Tool webpage.

Description

Resolved the design issues on the webpage by addressing overlapping elements and improving layout structure:

  • Fixed the overlapping between "Upload Extension Files" and "Upload Manifest" sections.
  • Corrected positioning of the Chrome Labs logo for better visual alignment.
  • Applied flexbox layout to ensure responsiveness and maintain a clean structure across different screen sizes.

Changes Made

  • Updated CSS properties including position, margin, and layout methods using flexbox or grid.
  • Enhanced user interface for better readability and usability.
