Show unlisted projects from Giveth on DeVouch

Reported by @GriffGreen a project supporter wanted to vouch for a new project on Giveth. However the project did not yet have "listed" status by the app.

When navigating to the devouch page for the given project it threw an application error. The DeVouch back-end also holds no data for the project.

I listed the project in the admin and 10 minutes later the project page was shown correctly on DeVouch. We should handle this case on DeVouch and show projects that are not yet listed on Giveth.

However we should NOT SHOW projects that have status of "deactivated" and "cancelled"
