No ringing in outgoing call

I use default StreamCallContainer and hear ringing in incoming call but not in outgoing call. How can I enable ringing in outgoing call as well?

Ringing in outgoing calls is a must-have feature, and it would be great if you could support this.

Are we talking about a ringing sound or are you referring to the CallKit screen for outgoing calls?
