The re-use of "has quality" (RO_0000086) for the history relationship to "Adjuvant" leads to difficult modeling. Would it be possible to limit the use of RO_0000086 to something that has an rdf:type?

My current workaround is to rename the properties with:

s/0000086 obo:NCIT_C2140/0000086x obo:NCIT_C2140/

@andrawaag : can I propose that we use SIO 217 for the time being? https://www.ebi.ac.uk/ols/ontologies/sio/properties?iri=http%3A%2F%2Fsemanticscience.org%2Fresource%2FSIO_000217
