Acceptance Criteria:

  • Back Button
  • Added badges on the top: attestation link and voted badge if voted
  • + / - added to the form, it will add/deduct a percentage to the field. for 0 and 100 the icons is still active but don't do anything if they get clicked.
  • new locked field look bot in icon and row
  • New header style
  • New notification banner. if it's voted
