Monitor linuxgsm server commands

Is there a way to use crontab to send an alert when a game server is being started or stopped? My hope is that someone logs with our vhserver user, then runs ~./vhserver start and our discord channel gets a notification.

I have set up a discord webhook and tested with ~./vhserver ta. Was hoping something like this would do the trick but am a complete noob to how this might work.
