[Project Zomboid] Ability to change (Docker) LinuxGSM's tail'd folder?

I'm using the latest Docker image (ghcr.io/gameservermanagers/linuxgsm-docker:latest) to run a Project Zomboid dedicated server.

The 'entrypoint.sh' script tails the LGSM/script logs ('tail -f log/script/' [the 5-min MONITOR]). Is it possible (I may have missed it somewhere in the documentation/files) to tail the game logs instead (/home/linuxgsm/Zomboid/Logs/)?
