We need to consider how we can get users rolling with Galapagos from scratch, so we need our own builds to cater for things like URI's and Repo Names etc = Galapagos not Gentoo

Stage 1,2,3 Tarballs are uploaded to https://services.xayto.net/tarballs/ I will generate weekly for now and upload.

I also added a couple of pages to the wiki for catalyst and a fresh install:
