When two options are selected, I get a 404 page error
/services/78409625-0c0a-485e-b82c-b19c8f4b1bdb/templates/action-blocked/copy-existing/add_new_template

seems like copy-existing & add_new_template are both appending to the URL

just saw this (going through all the tickets) and wonder.. could you apply some functional rules (or i can) for the template page that address this bug and other potential bugs? @jonathanbobel
