Link to Fellows interviews, blog, etc in their pages

We would like to be able to link to Fellows' project card and blog posts from their bio pages. Maybe we can add a "featured" section in the column under their picture with links to their project card and blog posts.

Thank you @erinysong -- these look FANTASTIC! Now that you're ramping up soon with CISA, @danielaaburtotc will be able to take the baton, but if you want to keep having input -- we'd love that too. We are leaning towards Desktop 4 and Mobile 1.1.
