Update of GitHub Action workflows needed #888

In the GNS3 GitHub repositories most action workflows are outdated.

Here in gns3-registry the workflows "Add new issues to GNS3 project" and CodeQL are affected, see the annotations in the actions run:

In the other repositories it looks similar, almost all workflows are outdated.
