Multiple issues in Open vSwitch appliance

I noticed several issues in Open vSwitch

• bash-completion - Since alpine v3.18 (mid 2023) the script /etc/profile.d/bash_completion.sh moved to /etc/bash/bash_completion.sh.
• Modifications of /bin/boot.sh are lost after closing/reopening a project as /bin is not persistent. I suggest to move the initialization script to /etc/openvswitch.
• The /root directory is not persistent.
• Logs are send to a non-existent syslog. I suggest to enable logging to a file instead.
• The number of supported interfaces is set to a fixed value of 16.
• Only eth0 can be set as a management interface.
• Even as a non-native english speaker, the README doesn't sound right.
