Primary display only.
If you want to use, you should use a Fixed mode.

but, disappears when game window inactive.

Alt+Tab...input XY...Alt+Tab...input XY...Alt+Tab...input XY.. lol

Similiar issue.
The position of the display is around -3000.
Fixed position is ok.
