Add documentation for tx dependency optimisation technique

As discovered in this experiment, pre-fetching the dependencies for transactions on page load speeds up the transaction experience for end-users almost by 2x.

We should add documentation around this optimisation technique in our docs and recommend this to all dapp builders.
