Unable to load GW2Radial on new system

Describe the bug

Expected behavior
Alt+Shift+M in-game does nothing
Game functions as before, but Mount Radial will not load.
Add-On Manager has updated [v2.4.0 installed].
All appears as before, but I'm missing something.

System configuration (please fill in):

• GPU: [Nvidia GeForce RTX 3070 Ti GDDR6@8GB 256bit]

Additional context
Had loaded on previous system but CPU failed. Reloaded following same procedure, but no joy.

your missing a d3d11.dll in your gw2 directory. Please open the addon manager and click on "Reinstall Loader" or reinstall the addon loader manually.

I was able to reinstall the loader and the d3d11.dll file is present in the folder [OS (C):Program Files:Guild Wars 2], but still will not launch the Radial.

Previous report suggested reinstall Add-on Manager. Further indicated addons/lib_imgui/gw2addon_lib_imgui.dll is missing. AddOn Manager has been reloaded twice and that file is not there. The only thing in the addons/lib_gui folder is update-placeholder.yaml

lib_imgui is not needed, that is a false information shown in the debugging tool. I have no additional idea why it doesn't work, cause nothing seems like it shouldn't

Got it. I appreciate you taking the time. Just so I'm following you, The add-on appears to be installed correctly? About a year ago, I had it on a different system and it just stopped working. A couple of months later it started back up. Never did figure out what happened. I don't think messing with it is a good idea, so I'm just gonna leave it and figure something else out. If you think of something post your ideas and I'll check back from time to time. Thanks again.
