Feature request - Support running offline

I would like to be able to run Dawarich on a fully offline VM, but currently this isn't possible due to the application pulling some data from CDNs, as explained by @Freika in this thread.

For me, one of the big appeals of running a self-hosted alternative to a service is the ability for it to be fully removed from the internet where possible. I leave my phone permanently VPN'd into my home network to access services I host offline.

I appreciate this might be a niche usecase, and totally understand if it just went onto the backlog, but I wondered if anyone else would appreciate this feature too?
