Describe the bug

Open any video and hover over seekbar to see preview thumbnails. Clicking to seekbar does not seek to time shown below the thumbnail. Dragging the seekbar works as expected.

Expected Behavior

Clicking seekbar should seek to correct position.

Additional Information

Seekable positions have almost 10 seconds intervals in a 20 minute video. In video attached it is almost 1 minutes. I am constantly clicking while recording but it doesn't seek most of the time if I don't accidentally drag.
