Ah I spoke too soon in your PR! We are running build, but we do it in our monorepo so we don't pick up this missing dependency. yarn test is probably broken in that project as well.

Fixed in ae766d7. We've had a few "missing dependecy" issues that are hidden by our monorepo. Maybe it would make sense to test all CSA templates the way that you have here

I'm having a similar issue with the preact-typescript template. dev works, but build throws an error:

I re-ran npm install to make sure everything was properly up to date. I also removed testing for now due to the above missing types.

EDIT:
Hmm, npm start is no longer working either it seems, might be an issue with my machine. I will keep investigating.

Alright, I had run npm prune on the directory after updating to snowpack@next. Removing node_modules and re-running install fixed my issue.

Big news - somebody pushed something somewhere that has repaired the preact-typescript template. Sometime within the last two hours my github actions started passing!
