Cairo and Agg backend currently still uses custom code for rendering symbols. We should switch it to the new SymbolRenderer Interface.

Cairo backend has been refactored to make use of the SymbolRenderer.

I did not create an issue for the OpenGL backend.

Closing this issue as it is now obsolete.
