Feature description

I am using GrapheneOS on a Pixel 6. In the default messager, when I get a missed call SMS notification which includes a voicemail, I can tap the audio attachment and it plays in the app.

In this app, it is replaced with an AMR file attachement which must opened in another app. I haven't found a useful app that allows me to put my phone to my ear and listen to the voicemail.

I am moving back to the default app, as this feature is just too valuable to me. I get plenty of voicemails and it's unmanagable for me with this app in its current state.

Why do you want this feature?

The ability to play voicemails in the app without trying to install additional audio player apps (most of which use the loudspeaker).

I want to simply play incoming voicemail files in the app that I received the message from.

It's not exactly a voicemail, but MMS with an audio attachment.
